Unless otherwise specified, course purchases include lifetime access, meaning access remains available while:

– Reiki Jyoti continues operating and providing access to the platform.
Lifetime access does not guarantee perpetual availability under all circumstances.

8. Reiki Attunement Requirements
Distance Reiki Attunements are subject to eligibility requirements.
Students must:
– Complete all mandatory course lessons.
– Complete required assessments where applicable.
– Achieve 100% course completion where required.
– Satisfy all eligibility requirements specified for the course.
Completion of payment alone does not qualify a student for attunement.
Students must request attunement scheduling after becoming eligible.
Attunement scheduling is subject to:
– Student eligibility
– Student readiness
– Reiki Master availability
– Operational scheduling requirements
Reiki Jyoti reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, or decline attunement requests until eligibility requirements have been fulfilled.
9. Certificates
Certificates are generally issued after successful completion of all required course and attunement requirements.
Certificates are normally issued within forty-eight (48) hours after successful attunement, although processing times may vary due to verification requirements, weekends, public holidays, technical issues, or operational circumstances.
Certificates are usually delivered electronically through email.
10. Physical Products
Reiki Jyoti may offer physical products including:
– Crystals
– Reiki Kits
– Educational Materials
– Related Spiritual Products
Physical products are subject to our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Refund & Return Policy.
Currently, shipping is available only within India unless otherwise stated.
11. Payments
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers, including Razorpay and other authorized payment gateways that may be available from time to time.
By making a purchase, you authorize payment processing through the selected payment method.
Prices, fees, taxes, and payment terms may change without prior notice.
12. Refunds and Returns

Once a Reiki Attunement has been completed, the service shall be considered fully delivered and no refund shall be available except where required by applicable law.
